YOUR TRUST MATTERS

Privacy Policy

We believe coordinating family life should feel helpful—not uncertain. This page explains how AyniOps may collect, use, and share information when you use our app or website.

Effective date: October 29, 2026
Before publishing: Review this policy against the app's actual production configuration and replace or clarify anything that does not match. In particular, confirm the data collected by Rork, Supabase, Google sign-in, and Google Calendar integrations.

1. Who we are

AyniOps (“AyniOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools to help people organize family activities, coordinate carpools, and communicate with their circles. This policy applies to the AyniOps mobile app and our website.

Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@ayniops.com.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on the features you use, AyniOps may process the following categories of information:

  • Account information: identifiers and profile information used to create and access your account, such as your name, email address, and authentication-provider identifiers.
  • Family and circle information: family or group membership, invitations, and information you choose to add about participating family members.
  • Activities and coordination: events, schedules, carpool details, drivers, riders, pickup arrangements, notes, preferences, and related information you enter or share through the app.
  • Calendar information: if you connect a supported calendar service, event details needed for the calendar features you authorize. The app's access depends on the permissions you grant.
  • Support communications: information you include when contacting us for help.
  • Technical information: information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service, as collected by the app and its infrastructure providers.

Please do not add sensitive personal information to event notes or other fields unless it is necessary for your use of the service and you are comfortable sharing it with the people who can access that content.

3. How we use information

We use information as needed to:

  • create and maintain accounts;
  • display and coordinate activities, family circles, invitations, and carpools;
  • provide calendar-related features you choose to use;
  • protect the service, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot errors;
  • respond to support requests; and
  • meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing and visibility

AyniOps is a coordination app, so some information is visible to other people in your family, group, or carpool according to the app's features and access controls. Consider what you share and check who is included in a circle before adding information.

We may use service providers to support hosting, authentication, database storage, calendar connectivity, and operation of the app. These providers process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. Do not interpret this statement as a promise that no data is ever shared with service providers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, address security issues, or respond to lawful requests.

5. Calendar and third-party services

If you choose to connect Google Calendar or another supported service, AyniOps uses the permissions you authorize to provide the relevant feature. The third-party service's own privacy policy and terms also apply. You can manage connected-account permissions through the relevant provider's account settings.

AyniOps does not need access to your calendar simply to read this website. Calendar access is associated with using the app's integration features.

6. Children's and family information

AyniOps is designed for adults coordinating family activities. Adults should manage accounts and invitations and should only add information about children when they have the authority to do so. We do not knowingly seek to create accounts directly for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us so we can review the request.

Information about children that an adult adds to an activity or carpool may be visible to authorized participants who need it to coordinate that activity. Please share only what is appropriate for that purpose.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and family coordination features, resolve disputes, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Retention may vary by data type and feature.

You can request account or personal-information deletion by emailing support@ayniops.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify the request and explain any steps or limits that apply. Deleting an account may affect shared family or carpool records. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is legally required.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Your choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You can also choose whether to connect optional integrations and can manage permissions with the relevant provider. Contact us to make a privacy request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as AyniOps changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
